Mr. Lewandowski is a founding partner and member of the executive committee of AGBI. He is also a former non-executive member of the board of directors and of the investment committee of Global Logistic Properties, one of the leading global providers of logistics facilities, with a portfolio of properties of about US$28 billion. Prior to founding AGBI, Mr. Lewandowski co-founded of Prosperitas Investimentos S.A., a real estate investment company based in São Paulo that currently manages approximately $2 billion of equity from investors worldwide. He has been in the fund management industry since 2003, when he joined GP Investimentos to create its real estate private equity fund. Before that, Mr. Lewandowski co-founded a group within Rio Bravo Investimentos to focus on structured products. Prior to Rio Bravo, Mr. Lewandowski was a managing director responsible for corporate sales at UBF, an insurance company that was sold to Swiss Re during his tenure. Prior to UBF, Mr. Lewandowski was a director of sales for Banco Francês Brasileiro’s insurance brokerage arm. Mr. Lewandowski graduated from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in São Paulo with a B.A. in Economics.
